Equation to determine Va at different weights. Va2 is the new Va you're seeking, Va is Va at gross weight, W is the current weight of the airplane and Wmax is the airplane's gross weight:
Va2 = Va x Sqrt(W / Wmax)
Equation to determine how moving weight around affects the CG of an airplane:
Wmoved / Wairplane = CGmoved / Delta(arm)
